SERVICE PROVIDERS: How to become an Instaglam Express Service Provider (SP)

Step 1

Download the App in either Android or Apple. Select “Instaglam Provider” and create your professional profile by selecting and following the easy sign up steps.

 

Step 2

The INSTAGLAM team will vett your application and request a one-on-one meeting

 

Step 3

Upon approval, you will receive a welcome letter and you are ready to accept new client bookings

 

Step 4

Once your profile is active you will instantly receive notifications when there is a request for your services.

 

Step 5

You can then choose to accept or decline the request. Should you choose to accept the job, you will provide a quotation. All monetary transactions happen via the App.

 

Step 6

As soon as the job is complete, your account will be updated and an invoice issued. INSTAGLAM will directly deposit the earnings into your bank account on a weekly basis.

How do I create an INSTAGLAM Professional account?

  • Download the INSTAGLAM EXPRESS Application from the App Store (available in Android and iOS).
  • SIGN UP as a Service Provider.
  • Fill in all the required details to complete your profile (basic information, beauty services, and certifications, etc.).
  • Select the beauty services that you or your entity will provide alongside the price for each service.
  • Enter your bank account details.

As an INSTAGLAM Professional, when can I start getting bookings?

  • After you successfully complete your profile:
    • Our team will review your profile and verify that all the required information and documents are complete.
    • Our team will notify you of any missing or invalid information required to complete your profile.
    • Once approved, you can immediately start receiving requests.

I was asked to set my working hours, what does that mean?

  • Working hours are the standard operating hours for the Professional within INSTAGLAM’s platform which govern, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Professionals availability.
    • Time frame for accepting booking requests.
    • Lead time.

What does availability mean?

    • By setting your availability on your calendar, you are confirming that you are free to perform your offered beauty services at that specific day and time.
    • Customers can book your service at any time according to your set availability.
    • YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE YOUR AVAILABILITY SETTINGS BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT CONFIRMED BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED. IN CASE YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO A CONFIRMED BOOKING, YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE COMMISSION OWED TO INSTAGLAM, AND COULD FACE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM THE PLATFORM.

I was asked to enter a Lead Time. What does that mean?

    • Lead Time is the minimum time required by the Professional to be notified prior to a booking, currently the minimum lead time is three hours.

How much time do I have to confirm a booking?

  • Bookings due within 24 hours must be confirmed within in under 2 hours.
  • Bookings due after 24 hours must be confirmed in under 6 hours.

What if the customer cancels the BOOKING?

  • In case a cancellation happens:
    • More than TWO hours prior to booking time – NO PAYMENT
    • Less than TWO hours prior to booking time – SERVICE FULLY PAID

What should I do if a customer is late to the booking?

  • You must immediately contact INSTAGLAM’s team, and we will get in touch with the customer.

What should I do if I am running late?

  • Please contact us at ???????? to notify us if you are going to be late to a confirmed booking so that we may notify the customer.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and no payment will be made to you. You will be liable to the commission owed to INSTAGLAM EXPRESS and may be temporarily or permanently removed from the platform.

When will the INSTAGLAM Professional get paid?

  • Via EFT into your bank account reflected on the App – payments are made every Friday, less the 35% which belongs to Instaglam Express to maintain and run the platform as seamlessly as possible.

What should the INSTAGLAM Professional prepare before a Booking?

  • The INSTAGLAM EXPRESS grooming way.
    • Wear your INSTAGLAM T-Shirt.
    • Be on time.
    • Prepare your makeup kit/hair kit/hygiene/makeup belt /nails tools.
    • Clean sponges and makeup brushes, or hair brushes or nail clips.
    • Ring light optional for makeup.
    • Massage bed or high chair optional for makeup or hair.
